The firm’s founders, Jerome Lerch and Debra Steel Sturmer established Lerch Sturmer LLP in 2001.  Formerly, Ms. Sturmer served as a partner, and Mr. Lerch, a managing partner, in a large national defense firm.  Mr. Lerch has practiced law in California since 1971, and Ms. Sturmer has practiced since 1982.  Together, Mr. Lerch and Ms. Sturmer bring to the table years of experience in managing programs for their clients and in counseling and litigating actions in all of the courts of California.  Lerch Sturmer’s principal office is located in the heart of the financial district in San Francisco, California. The firm also has a New York office that is located approximately 60 miles from New York City in Goshen, Orange County, New York. Brett Broge is the resident partner of the firm’s New York office.
