For over thirty years, Mr. Lerch has had extensive experience in representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and/or trial. Mr. Lerch brings to the table a unique ability to achieve excellent resolutions of cases on an economical basis for clients of Lerch Sturmer LLP. Throughout his career, Mr. Lerch has lectured on developments in tort and insurance practice and the implementation of the Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations in the State of California. He has continued to specialize in the representation of attorneys, real estate brokers, insurance agents and brokers, architects and other professionals. Mr. Lerch also represents various insurance syndicates and companies in the handling of their business in California, including all phases of insurance coverage matters and the direction of programs regarding the handling of cases and claims. Before establishing Lerch Sturmer LLP with his partner, Debra Sturmer, Mr. Lerch served as the Managing Partner of the San Francisco Office of a national law firm for 18 years and was active in firm governance.
